Make time stand still

The most provocative question to which i, with all my wit and intelligence :-), have been unable to come up with an answer for, is one that i fear shall leave me perplexed for yet some time to come! How can i stop time?

Many people for years on end have tried to answer this question and i fear that some have tried and have indeed failed miserably to unravel the complex secrets and intricacies interwoven into the very fabric of human existence. they have only succeeded in making movies laced witc computer generated efffects and stunts that require you to look at the back of the head of the main actor for more than half the duration of the movie.

Sure these movies make for good screenplay and are usually the greatest box office hits but to me the only thing they accomplish is reminding me of how limited our scope as human beings is and what little power we have to do what we want to do.

We've heard it sung many times in the words of love songs ("If i could turn back the hands of time...") but few of us ever really stop to think about what this means. For some of us it means having another great time at the waterpark, reliving the excitement of our first time or maybe having our very own "50 first dates."

For me however it means living in the here and now. It makes no sense to wish and pine over what was and what could have been. It means indulging wholly and totally in the here and now! Now is the time. Don't just repeat meaninglessly the phrase "Live each day like your last!" GO OUT AND DO IT!

what have we got to look forward to but death, the only thing that is guaranteed to man! Live free, love hard, have no regrets and i guarantee you, time will stand still for you! It is for me!
